Worst cruise ever
Only got off once in 7 days as said sea was too rough even though it looked calm, ship was rammed no sun beds, pool no space, food just ok. Would never get on another MSC ship it was an absolute disgrace. I had never been to Caribbean before it cost a fortune I might as well have stayed at home

An absolutely beautiful ship, the crew were absolutely excellent, so friendly and helpful, we were in the Yacht Club i must say one of the staff on the desk was a bit miserable and hard work but we just avoided her, everyone else was amazing so we didn’t let her spoil our holiday. The Captain was all over the ship along with the Senior Officers, chatting with passengers and just a really friendly layer back guy, considering the responsibilities he has it was lovely to see him take time out for passengers and crew, one crew member proudly told me “that’s my Captain”. This was not just a statement of fact but of pride, i wonder how many bosses carry such respect.

The accommodation on board this vessel was a balcony cabin - the balcony was large but the cabin itself was not! You couldn't open the minibar door as it hit the bed. I complained but to no avail. In fact they said all the balcony cabins were the same size - not true because I looked at the one next door which was vacated early because of an health issue. Not sure what cabin number it was but it wasn't acceptable. I eventually had a small amount of compensation
