Not the experience we expected after a previous cruise with this ship and company, we sailed on our 50th wedding anniversary from miami down the caribean to barbados and then transatlantic to Barcelona.
To start we had a balcony cabin that was not what we expected and had a partial restricted view , and was filthy dirty there were even nail cuttings on the floor of the room , when we went to complain and demanded to be changed to a different cabin , the cabin we were given was even worse the bedding upon inspection had a massive urin stain covering the most of the bedding , when we complaaihd about this I had a meeting with the director of customer services , who was very arrogant and rood to me and made me feel as if I should be lucky to be on board many more bad experiences too lond to list.
However in a nutshell to Msc never again.

Talked about Cruising for 18 yrs, finally took the decision before Covid.
Since then Mrs Ponsonby and I have taken a
1. Mini-Cruise in the Mediteranen.
2. Seven (7) day Cruise from Rome to Spain via Malta.
3. Would now like to visit the Greek Islands, including Crete.
Why, cos Cruising is Cool and very, very enjoyable and beats Beach Holidays any-day.

We were offered an upgrade from inside to Yacht Club deluxe suite and boy I am glad we took it. The public areas were very noisy whereas the exclusivity of the Yacht Club was so relaxing and we were totally spoiled. The itinerary was nice, loved Valletta, and Mykonos but disappointed with Santorini as it was very busy and did not cope well with the number of visitors.

awesome ship, entertainment and shows, food was GREAT, service and friendliness everywhere, F1 and jurassic park ride a thrill as was the water slide and basketball court. (bring your own ball) Ocean Cay was a hoot at lighthouse beach. other beach had jellies (purple flag).

Lovely Ship apart from constantly getting lost finding the dining restaurant La Rosa and having different times for the same entertainment on different schedules papers so ended up missing certain entertainments, otherwise very enjoyable cruise

A cruise for my 60th on Divina.
Overall excellent. However we didn't realise the last 3 days was a separate cruise. This ended up as a booze cruise! Not good!!

Quite superb!! Divina is an older MSC Ship but every inch a lady and oozes class. The service was quite exceptional. The ship was pristine. The stateroom was luxurious and well appointed with everything one could need. The food onboard was plentiful and of a high quality, the same goes for the drinks selections. We have cruised on the brand new ships but I must say after being on Divina, I think I would choose her over them. It’s funny, I was uncertain when we booked as I thought I preferred the new glitzy ships with all the bells and whistles. Yes , those ships are gorgeous…….but , Divina is beckoning me back like a siren and I know I must return to her.
