Nice cruise ship. Good service at the main restaurant, basic in the rest of the cruise ship. Very poor food menu! There is a extremely need to use the speciality restaurants. I just travelled with them for lack of options in South America leaving from Salvador, Brazil.

This was our first cruise and now we are hooked. It was a great experience as we had the opportunity to meet many people from all over the world as well as visit various places in the Carribean that we hadn’t been before. We had an upgrade in our stateroom to a suite with whirlpool which was the cream on the cake. The only criticism we have is that MSC didn’t communicate well with us on the cruise as as newbies we had to search out info to enjoy the cruise. Apart from that a huge thumbs up for the experience as well as the ship.

First time on MSC, Seaview is a large ship for us. The ship looked lovely, however, on closer inspection it wasn’t as clean as it might have been. Food was underwhelming, particularly the breakfasts, basic things wrong like poached eggs being grossly undercooked. Service was fantastic, but bars were understaffed, and there were often long queues for drinks. It seemed that MSC are after the American market, if they are they need to up their game! The cruise line is expanding rapidly, perhaps at the expense of quality!
