Celebrity Constellation

Excellent cruise of India, Sri Lanka and Middle East. Cruise originally was supposed to go from Singapore but because of COVID it departed from Dubai. We were sent out early to Dubai (3 days) and put up in a lovely hotel with half board until the cruise departed. We missed Thailand but was given onboard credit. The cruise first stop was Sri Lanka which was good but we had spent a holiday there so just did a tour of the capital. Next it was Cochin which was ok. Next was Mumbai where stayed over night. Good excursion of the city and then the next day we did our thing and had afternoon tea at the Taj hotel. Then on to Goa which was lovely. Did a tour of the market and then on to the beach which was amazing. Next stop was Oman which was also very interesting and a very clean place to visit. Then back to Dubai. The ship was only 65% full and mainly people from the UK. Entertainment was good. Food excellent. Only one thing I did not like was that they started doing maintenance by painting around the pool which for me was a nightmare as I suffer with migraine when I smell paint. Otherwise the staff were so good and always remembered what you wanted to drink.
